Ark Recruitment partners with a leading international aircraft charter broker to connect experienced commercial and group charter professionals with US offices. The role focuses on developing new charter business, managing client relationships and coordinating complex flight programmes.

Based on the New York area, the position offers uncapped commission alongside a competitive base salary and ample career progression opportunities into senior sales or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial aircraft or group charter sales.
• Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the charter market and booking process.
• Knowledge of aircraft types, passenger capacities and operational suitability.
• Ability to source aircraft, negotiate terms and close bookings.
• Manage complex itineraries and multiple live enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial and group charter business through outreach and client meetings.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, sports and travel businesses.
• Understand passenger numbers, schedules, destinations and budgets to recommend aircraft.
• Source aircraft availability and negotiate pricing and terms with operators.
• Prepare tailored proposals and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Manage bookings from briefing to flight completion.
• Coordinate complex programmes across sectors and destinations.
• Arrange passenger requirements, catering and ground services.
• Monitor flight progress and respond to changes or issues.
• Maintain communication between clients, operators and colleagues.
• Grow existing accounts through repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and maintain records.
