Orkin is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to build and protect a portfolio of business clients in Texas. You will conduct on-site inspections, present tailored pest management proposals, and grow recurring revenue with upsell opportunities.

This territory-based role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits. You will partner with service teams to ensure client satisfaction and safe, compliant work across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills demanded.
• Hunter mindset with ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Willingness to obtain state pest licenses; company will pay/train.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities within your territory.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts.
• Conduct on-site inspections and consultations for commercial clients.
• Develop and present tailored pest management proposals.
• Utilize iPad-based CRM and sales tools to close deals.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction.
• Operate a company vehicle and work safely in various environments.
