An established industry player is seeking a driven Commercial Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Charlotte. Reporting to the Manager of Commercial Sales, the Commercial Sales Representative is an inside, phone sales role, responsible for generating revenue through consultative and technical selling while providing best in class support and service. The position will be working with existing and new customers to increase sales and to promote new ADI / SnapAV products and product categories. Having familiarity with a discovery-to-close sales process and being comfortable with high volume of outbound calls and emails with an attention to detail, are key attributes for success in this position. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and competitive team environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.
