Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Service and marketing for new and renewal business.
• Prepare new and renewal carrier submissions.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for new and renewal clients.
• Bind business and invoice timely.
• Process policies and forward to clients.
• Process endorsements, certificates, MVRs, loss runs, etc.
• Check and send premium audits.
• Assist in claims.
• Assist in account needs as necessary.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate can manage a generalist book of business with an emphasis on contracting, property owners, retailers, manufacturers, etc.

• Minimum 5 years of independent agency experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in FL market highly preferred.
• Applied Epic agency management system experience required.
• Proficiency with all commercial lines of business.
• Ability to multi-task and manage workload mostly independently.
