Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive the Salesforce Customer 360 platform with existing and new customers in Dallas. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, manage opportunities from warm leads to whitespace, and coordinate resources to meet customer objectives.

This up-market role targets Manufacturing and Retail accounts, with potential remote or on-site arrangements depending on the team.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field.
• Proven experience in managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, as well as acquiring new logo accounts OR focusing exclusively on new logos (Hunter role)

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
• Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
• Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
• Drive growth within an existing assigned account
