Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to manage up-market accounts and drive growth for the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. You will engage with C-suite buyers, nurture existing relationships, and pursue new logos across Manufacturing, Utilities, Retail, and Consumer Goods sectors.

You will collaborate with Core and Prime teams to align resources, deliver value, and expand opportunities within assigned accounts. Experience in a hunter or hybrid role is valued.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full-cycle sales experience.
• At least 3 years in field sales.
• Experience upsell/cross-sell and acquiring new logos.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs.
• Perform account planning with Prime and Cloud resources.
• Share Salesforce value proposition with customers.
• Drive growth within existing accounts.
