Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to drive growth across our up-market accounts. You will engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform, building trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and guiding opportunities from warm leads to whitespace prospecting.

You’ll coordinate internal resources, perform strategic account planning, and align initiatives to customer objectives while collaborating with Prime and Cloud

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field.
• Proven experience in managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities or focusing on new logos (Hunter role).
• Ability to build and deliver presentations to customers.
• Ability to strategize with a large extended team.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
• Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
• Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
• Drive growth within an existing assigned account.
