Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform within Manufacturing and Retail/Consumer Goods sectors. You will cultivate key relationships, develop long-term account strategy, and coordinate resources across Prime and Cloud teams to meet customer needs.

You will build value for both existing and new customers, driving growth within assigned accounts and delivering compelling presentations to executives and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Average of 5-10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field.
• Proven experience in managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, as well as acquiring new logo accounts OR focusing exclusively on new logos (Hunter role).
• Ability to build and deliver presentations to customers.
• Ability to strategize with a large extended team.
• Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
• Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
• Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
• Drive growth within an existing assigned account.
