Job summary

MinIO is seeking a technical Commercial Account Executive to own new and expansion opportunities across commercial and mid-market accounts. You will manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close, aligning MinIO's data infrastructure solutions with customer outcomes.

This remote role emphasizes pipeline discipline, MEDDPICC-based selling, and collaboration with Field Architects, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and partners to deliver a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of direct B2B SaaS or infrastructure sales experience with quota achievement.
• Evidence of sourcing and closing new customers and managing commercial or mid-market sales velocity.
• Experience leading technical deals in the $50K–$300K+ range.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business across commercial and mid-market accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline using direct outreach and signals from product, marketing, BDRs, partners, and customers.
• Lead opportunities from discovery through technical validation, pricing, negotiation, and close.
• Communicate MinIO's value to technical and business stakeholders, tying architecture to customer outcomes.
