Dialpad is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to own the entire sales process from start to finish, collaborating with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to convert small-business prospects into Dialpad clients. You will help solve complex communication problems with Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and Sell, while pursuing new customers and uncovering market opportunities.

This in-office role reports to the Commercial Sales Manager and sits at the center of our AI transformation in business

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of sales experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari and Highspot.
• Preferred expertise in SaaS sales.

Responsabilités

• Own the entire sales process, including working leads and generating pipeline.
• Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases.
• Have weekly 1:1s with your Manager for coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap discussions.
