Job summary

Starcom, a Publicis Groupe agency, seeks a Manager of Commerce Media in the United States with Amazon experience to drive performance for major brands. Lead a team of Senior Analysts and Analysts within the Search and Precision capability to set metrics, report results, and build client relationships.

You will develop and execute shopper marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, and present media recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree and 5 to 7 years of digital media experience, 4+ years of SEM/eCommerce/Shopper Marketing experience.
• Prior experience managing direct report(s) preferred
• Strong familiarity with the digital environment and media planning/buying; Retailer priority is Amazon; Platforms: SKAI or Pacvue experience preferred
• Keen attention to detail and analytical approach to objectives
• Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent client presence and ability to lead discussions with leadership
• Willingness to travel as needed; familiarity with AI tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day clients and lead search strategies and analyses.
• Oversee analysts, monitor campaigns, and drive optimization and reporting.
• Develop paid shopper marketing best practices and ensure quality across activations.
• Lead client-facing recaps and translate strategies into final media recommendations.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and data-based rationale for recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to grow accounts.
