Job summary

Starcom in New York seeks a Commerce Search Manager to lead client commerce initiatives and manage a dedicated team focused on Amazon growth and acceleration. You will oversee daily workflow of campaigns, optimize AMS/AMG services, and translate data into actionable insights.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on optimization across major marketplaces, requiring strong analytics, leadership, and communication skills. You will partner with senior leadership to drive client growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of media management experience with a focus on Commerce platforms.
• 1+ years hands-on experience managing Commerce-based media buys.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the daily workflow of all Commerce campaigns, including proposal development and post-buy recaps.
• Oversee AMS/Sponsored Ads and AMG services such as on-site display advertising.
• Stay ahead of Commerce trends and act on insights to optimize client performance.
• Develop end-to-end ecommerce strategy and plans for the client.
• Provide performance reporting against client goals with optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with partners to improve workflow and vendor relationships.
