Job summary

Publicis Media UNIT3C is seeking a Supervisor, Commerce to lead and optimize commerce direct digital investment initiatives for multiple retailer channels. You will partner with the Commerce Investment team to align media plans with holistic commerce strategies and client objectives.

You will build client relationships, deliver presentations, and provide thought leadership while driving performance through data analysis and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent.
• 3+ years of media management experience with emphasis on direct digital investment.
• 1-2+ years managing direct digital investment campaigns; strong understanding of retail media landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of commerce direct digital investment programs across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.).
• Create and activate digital account strategies and plans for clients.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
