Qualifications

• 7+ years in account management or agency settings with governance of commerce content.
• Direct responsibility for commerce content or digital shelf programs.
• Experience with retailer PDP content, optimization, and content governance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client lead for digital shelf content and creative engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across eCommerce, Brand, Marketing, Sales, Shopper Marketing, and Content teams.
• Translate business priorities into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Lead scopes of work, timelines, budgets, and change requests for digital shelf programs.
• Oversee account profitability and delivery performance.
