Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in account management or agency environments.
• Direct responsibility for commerce content or digital shelf programs.
• Knowledge of PDP content, product content optimization, and retailer requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including copy, design, production, and operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client lead for digital shelf content and creative engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across eCommerce, Brand, Marketing, Sales, Shopper Marketing, and Content teams.
• Consult with clients on retailer content challenges and opportunities, translating priorities into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Lead scope development for digital shelf strategy, content optimization, creative production, and ongoing content programs.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, account profitability, and delivery performance across assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships by linking business needs to digital shelf capabilities.
