Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Training Manager to bridge hands-on training delivery with program management and team coordination. You will help lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of world-class technical training for Anduril products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product adoption goals.

The role blends instructional design with curriculum development and requires guiding trainers, contributing significantly to the national security mission.

Qualifications

• Strong background in planning, developing, and delivering technical training.
• Experience leading or coordinating a small team of trainers with ownership mentality.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
• Enthusiasm for transforming military capabilities with advanced technology.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to end-users from military, government, and commercial backgrounds, including on-site instruction.
• Assist in managing a team of trainers, coordinating efforts and schedules.
• Support program management by planning, resourcing, and executing company-wide training efforts.
• Design and update training curricula across various platforms and create training collateral.
• Develop deep SME understanding of Anduril's hardware/software and explain it to non-technical audiences.
• Capture customer feedback to inform new product features and capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and operations to train end users.
