Job summary

The Management Center seeks a Client Support Manager on our Training Team to ensure seamless, equitable, and efficient training operations for all participants. You will lead logistics across public and private trainings, manage a high-volume inbox, and support data entry in Salesforce and Arlo.

You will collaborate with the VP of Client Support to plan the 2027 public training schedule, coordinate in-person and virtual sessions, and respond to participant inquiries with empathy and rigor.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training or training operations support.
• Track record of advancing equity and inclusion in operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end training logistics from registration to completion.
• Manage public and private trainings and invoicing.
• Coordinate data entry and reporting in Salesforce and Arlo; support trainers and participants.
