Job summary

Behavior Frontiers, LLC is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to lead center development and implementation oversight across multiple centers. The role executes readiness activities, training coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.

You will translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans, maintain evidence and readiness trackers, and work with Operations, Credentialing, HR/Training, IT/Security, and Payor Relations to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare/compliance-related field is required.
• 4+ years in healthcare compliance, operations, training coordination, project management, center development support, or related experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with competing deadlines and evidence requirements.
• Strong organization, follow-through, communication, meeting facilitation, writing, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with payer readiness, regulatory readiness, and multi-state provider operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned compliance implementation workstreams from planning through closure, including owners, timelines, dependencies, evidence expectations, communications, training requirements, and escalation points.
• Translate initiatives, audit findings, corrective actions, payer expectations, and regulatory items into structured implementation plans.
• Maintain trackers, action logs, owner matrices, evidence logs, readiness boards, and status summaries.
• Facilitate implementation meetings and follow-up reviews with department owners.
• Escalate barriers or risks to Compliance leadership.
