The position involves serving as a central liaison among field teams, supervision, and leadership to ensure proper scheduling, contract compliance, and real-time responses to events. Excellent communication and calm problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in scheduling or operations support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• High attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Accept, review, and execute work orders to support scheduling and coverage.
• Monitor calls, alarms, and communications.
• Serve as liaison between field personnel, supervision, and operations.
• Document events via shift reports, logs, and incident reports.
• Provide guidance to security personnel during routine and emergencies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Manage portfolio-wide schedule build-out and timekeeping.
• Place uniform orders per eligibility and requirements.
• Enter compliance codes and issue completion certificates.
