Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the job location state.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors per site procedures.
• Monitor systems, alarms, and calls; dispatch accordingly.
• Document incidents and relay information promptly.
• Coordinate with site contacts and responders during incidents.
• Maintain dispatch logs and incident reports.
