• Implement emergency and planned changes.
• Participate in problem reviews for Command Center services.
• Investigate call home alarms and support migrations.
• Verify status during data center bundle moves.
• Grant emergency access for servers and mainframes as needed.
• Manage, respond to and resolve incidents and tickets per SLAs.
• Join major incident bridges to assist impacted applications.
• Assist in data center validation testing and daily operations.
• Participate in annual Black Start power testing readiness.
