Job summary

You will surveil operations, respond to security issues, document incidents, coordinate with on-site teams during emergencies, and help improve SOPs in a fast-paced data center environment during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3 years data center support experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong Windows OS knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with IP cameras and access control systems.
• Familiar with Genetec Security Software.
• Experience with Confluence and Jira.
• Knowledge of ITIL service delivery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards, data centers, incidents, and changes; communicate events.
• Analyze data and communicate findings clearly to teams and leadership.
• Support incidents, changes, and service requests in a timely manner.
• Document major incidents and notify teams involved in recovery.
• Draft concise briefing materials and present them when needed.
• Coordinate with on-site teams during emergencies and events.
• Maintain professional demeanor and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
