Job summary

Ideal Services in Holly Springs, NC is hiring a Comfort Consultant to work with residential and light commercial customers, helping clients find the right comfort solutions while educating homeowners and closing quality system replacement and upgrading opportunities. The role requires a consultative, customer-focused approach and a track record of results.

You’ll meet with customers, present options, educate on efficiency and IAQ, build detailed proposals, and coordinate with installation teams

Qualifications

• Sales or comfort consulting experience in HVAC or home services (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and light commercial customers to assess comfort needs
• Present system replacement, upgrade, and comfort improvement options
• Educate customers on efficiency, indoor air quality, and system performance
• Build detailed proposals and close sales with honesty and professionalism

• Accurately document sales activity and customer information
• Represent Ideal with professionalism and integrity
• Perform in-home and on-site evaluations of existing HVAC systems
