Happy Home Services is seeking a high-energy Comfort Consultant to join our growing team serving Raleigh, Durham, and surrounding areas. In this consultative sales role you’ll help homeowners and light commercial customers upgrade comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality while earning uncapped commissions.

You’ll educate customers, design HVAC solutions, build proposals, and partner with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth, trusted buying experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC or transferable sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear solutions.
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented with a passion for earning.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer demand.
