Guaranteed Service is seeking an experienced In-Home HVAC Sales Consultant in New Jersey and Staten Island. Earn uncapped commissions with a $100,000–$400,000+ yearly range, supported by company-provided appointments and solid leads.

The role requires closing high-ticket deals and presenting financing options in-home. You will manage your own schedule, follow up with prospects, and use a proven sales system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC preferred).
• Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
