Job summary

Raba Kistner, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager I - CoMET to lead construction materials engineering and testing projects in Sulphur, LA.

You will oversee scope, budget, proposals, production work, client meetings, site visits, and invoicing while growing CoMET relations with clients and influencers. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in CoMET with geotechnical experience, strong plans knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in CoMET with geotechnical services background.
• Proficient reading of plans/specs and solid construction knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage CoMET projects from start to finish.
• Mentor and develop technical and support staff.
• Coordinate testing activities with subcontractors and field staff.
• Prepare/testing assignments per testing program.
• Review field data and lab results for client reports.
• Submit drafts and final reports for review and signature.
• Perform field observations for CoMET activities and investigations.
• Support safety program implementation and maintenance.
• Track invoicing and client payment status.
• Possess preventive time management and chargeability goals.
