Job summary

Raba Kistner, Inc. seeks a detailed-oriented Project Field Coordinator - CoMET in Baton Rouge, LA. The role oversees field technicians, coordinates CoMET field testing, sampling and inspection services, and serves as the on-site liaison for communication with management and clients.

Responsibilities include assigning technicians, coordinating priorities with CoMET and other departments, and attending coordination meetings with owners and contractors. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of technical field/lab testing experience.
• At least 2 current industry certifications from ACI, NICET, TXDOT, ICC or PTI (or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license and insurability per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead field team, provide guidance and resolve on-site challenges.
• Coordinate daily priorities for field and on-site lab services.
• Assist dispatcher and supervisor with technician assignments and priorities.
• Meet with client representatives and project leaders to discuss testing needs.
• Ensure safe use and maintenance of laboratory equipment and nuclear gauges.
• Update supervisor on progress, resources, and workload.
• Support field inspections, lab testing, and reporting.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and procurement as approved.
• Document training and testing proficiency of staff.
• Notify safety and risk managers of accidents and disputes.
