Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 8–10 years’ geotechnical and/or construction materials PM experience.
• 5–10 years’ supervisory experience.
• 5–10 years’ profit and loss management.
• Preferred: ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree with 6 years’ experience or Master’s degree with 4 years’ experience.
• Preferred: Texas PE license or eligibility to obtain in 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Executive on engineering and CoMET projects from start to finish.
• Manage CoMET staff and direct daily operations to meet objectives.
• Mentor and develop staff across professional, technical, and clerical roles.
• Perform CoMET consulting activities and coordinate with regional offices.
• Coordinate materials testing with subcontractors and field staff.
• Conduct field observations and support forensic investigations as needed.
• Support growth of services and scope in engineering, environmental, and materials areas.
• Oversee safety programs and incident response within the office.
