Job summary

Raba Kistner, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Project Field Coordinator - CoMET to join our Baton Rouge team.

The role oversees on-site field testing, sampling, and inspection services, coordinating field crews and communicating with management and client representatives. The successful candidate will lead the field team, coordinate priorities for field and laboratory services, ensure safe operation of equipment, and manage reporting and project documentation in a fast-paced construction materials

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of technical field/lab testing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Multiple industry certifications (ACI, NICET, TXDOT, ICC, PTI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field team, provide guidance, resolve on-site challenges.
• Coordinate daily priorities for field and on-site laboratory services.
• Assist dispatcher and Supervisor in technician assignments.
• Meet with Client’s representatives and project leaders to discuss needs.
• Ensure safe utilization and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Review and communicate testing reports to clients.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and procurement as approved.
• Document training and testing proficiency.
