Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Five+ years of technical field/lab testing experience.
• Must possess at least 2 current relevant industry certifications from ACI, NICET, TXDOT, ICC, PTI or other comparable certifications.
• Certifications include: ACI Field Grade 1 (preferred), ACI Concrete Strength (preferred), TxDOT SB102, ICC Soils, NICET Level I.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead field team, provide guidance and resources.
• Coordinate daily priorities for field and on-site lab services.
• Assist dispatcher with technician assignments.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders on testing, sampling and reporting needs.
• Ensure safe use, storage, and maintenance of nuclear gauges when applicable.
• Communicate progress and delays to supervisors.
• Support field inspections and laboratory testing as required.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and procurement as needed.
