Responsibilities

• Represents the BWC Administrator at all levels of Industrial Commission hearings.
• Prepares for hearings by reviewing claim files and analyzing the legal issues.
• Interprets laws, rules and regulations and presents evidence at IC hearings.
• Reviews hearing notices and IC decisions and decides on appeals.
• Provides legal advice to service offices on claims determinations and risk matters.
