Job summary

TGM Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our community in Columbus, OH. The role requires responding to maintenance work orders, repairing issues during the day, and keeping the property clean. Afterhours on-call rotation is part of the schedule, and you must provide your own basic hand tools.

Ideal candidates will have broad maintenance experience, a solid job history, and HVAC Type II certification. EPA/HVAC training is offered for career growth at no cost.

Qualifications

Must have broad maintenance and repair experience.
Must have a good history of dependability and performance.
Must have experience using maintenance equipment and tools.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have HVAC Type II Certification. EPA / HVAC Certification Training is available for continued career growth at no cost to you.

Responsibilities

Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders.
Rectify all maintenance problems during the workday.
Responsible for general clean-up of the community.
Be available for after hour's emergency calls on a rotational basis.
Be able to provide your own basic hand tools.
Will perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as may be assigned.
