Job summary

TGM Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our community in Columbus, OH. The role requires responding to maintenance work orders, repairing issues during the day, and keeping the property clean. Afterhours on-call rotation is part of the schedule, and you must provide your own basic hand tools.

Ideal candidates will have broad maintenance experience, a solid job history, and HVAC Type II certification. EPA/HVAC training is offered for career growth at no cost.

Qualifications

• Must have a good history of dependability and performance.
• Must have experience using maintenance equipment and tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
