You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs, complete resident work orders, make-ready vacant units, and participate in after-hours emergency maintenance and on-call rotations, while delivering friendly, professional service to residents.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance and general building repairs.
• Complete resident work orders accurately and timely.
• Make-ready repairs and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and mechanical equipment.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation.
• Interact with residents in a professional, customer-service-focused manner.
• Be dependable, organized, and able to work independently or with a team.
