5812 Investment Group is hiring an Experienced Maintenance Technician in Columbus, OH. The role involves performing preventative maintenance and repairs, and delivering move‑in ready apartments through renovations and timely repairs.

You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing tasks, and contribute to excellent customer service through effective ticket resolution. A valid driver's license, basic tools, and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Maintenance experience or trade school education preferred.
• HVAC certification or willingness to obtain one required.
• Driver’s license and valid car insurance required.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software.
• Possess basic hand tools or ability to acquire them.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Provide excellent service through ticket resolution.
• Handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Produce move-in ready apartments via renovations and repairs.
• Maintain grounds cleanliness and general upkeep.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.
