Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a marketing coordination, project coordination, or events role.
• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.
• Ownership mindset to take things off others' plates and see them through.
• Resourceful and calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and familiarity with marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign and creative traffic, build timelines and track deadlines.
• Serve as the operational hub from kickoff through launch for campaigns.
• Keep projects organized, visible, on schedule, and flag risks early.
• Plan and run events end to end, manage logistics, vendors, and budgets.
• Partner with brand and social teams to capture events for marketing use.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and support store- and market-level needs.
• Track activations by market and maintain a local calendar.
• Manage invoice routing and coordinate vendors and outside resources.
