DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a General Manager for our Columbus, OH operation.

This hands-on leadership role oversees a growing door, docking, and security products business across projects, service and aftermarket lines, with full P&L responsibility. The position requires strong personnel leadership, operational discipline, and a track record of driving revenue growth while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of leadership experience in personnel, projects, sales and customer service with P&L responsibility.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and ERP/CRM systems; strong Excel knowledge.
• Willingness to train in multiple markets for up to three one-week trips.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget with full P&L responsibility.
• Recommend and implement operational and sales process changes to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor staff, set performance expectations, and conduct annual reviews.
• Oversee scheduling and assist with technical problem resolution and troubleshooting.
• Perform regular audits and ensure daily tasks align with company policies and best practices.
• Use financial reports and metrics to manage daily operations and drive profitability.
