CoStar Group’s Apartments.com sales team in Columbus seeks a proactive Sales Associate to drive new business and expand existing accounts. You will present marketing solutions and cultivate client relationships with a focus on digital advertising for multifamily properties.

The role emphasizes prospecting, market knowledge, and cross-team collaboration to deliver results. Strong communication and a track record of meeting targets are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably digital marketing or advertising sales, or equivalent in Multifamily.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive regularly.
• Willingness to undergo driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Prospect opportunities to develop new business and upsell/renew current customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
• Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily real estate trends.
