Slalom is seeking a Senior Principal, Data & AI Go-To-Market to accelerate growth across the Ohio Valley region (Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Charleston, WV). This senior, client-facing leader brings deep Data & AI expertise and engages executives and technical leaders to shape opportunities surfaced by sales and delivery teams.

• 8+ years of relevant experience in data/AI consulting across multiple industries.
• Proven consulting sales-motion experience from discovery to delivery mobilization.
• Broad fluency across data & AI with cloud platform experience.

• Lead Data & AI solutioning: shape architectures and roadmaps across data modernization and governance.
• Qualify and solution opportunities with client teams and sellers.
• Generate account-embedded demand through client relationships and delivery insight.
• Deliver blended outcomes: balance hands-on delivery leadership with market growth.
• Drive revenue impact by supporting sales and managing delivery revenue in a leadership role.
