Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive operational and managerial experience in a fulfillment center or similar logistics distribution environment.
• 4+ years of successful experience motivating, training, and leading your team into performing at extraordinary levels.
• 1+ yr of Site leader experience with full P&L responsibility of your own site.
• Experience in direct to consumer and business to business pick and pack environment.
• Must be able to utilize data to support decisions and drive success in your responsible areas.

Responsibilities

• Communicate key issues to regional leadership and other fulfillment centers.
• Schedule and manage labor models; oversee KPIs and motivate site performance.
• Ensure training on warehouse management system and SOP adherence.
• Develop weekly plans with UPH analysis and capacity planning.
• Engage hourly workforce and address concerns.
• Communicate capacity constraints and drive efficiency improvements.
• Build and retain a high-performing team; ensure safety and communication.
• Mentor team for performance and career development.
