Zwicker & Associates, P.C. in Englewood, CO seeks an Associate Attorney eager to learn and contribute to a nationwide creditor rights practice. The role involves drafting pleadings, managing active litigation files, negotiating settlements, and representing clients at hearings and trials.

Applicants must be admitted to practice in Colorado, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, and be capable of handling a large caseload. Base salary ranges $80,000-$95,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in Colorado.
• Willingness to waive into Utah if required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a large caseload.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and motions in active litigation.
• Review case files and determine appropriate actions.
• Advocate for client interests at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Travel to courtrooms within the branch footprint as needed.
• Prepare for hearings and manage discovery and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with client and firm procedures.
