Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in Little Rock, AR. We are a national creditor rights law firm that emphasizes ethics, compliance, and assertive representation of our clients’ interests.

This is a full-time, full-benefit position with strong career advancement opportunities and ongoing training. The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$85,000 per year, plus applicable bonus.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in Arkansas and willing to waive into Oklahoma.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc., in active litigation files.
• Review litigation case files and pleadings to determine appropriate action.
• Advocate on behalf of the client’s interests at hearings and trials.
• Travel to courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required.
• Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal recommendations.
