Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in Massachusetts. The firm is a national creditor rights law firm emphasizing ethics, compliance, and assertive representation. The base salary range is $90,000-$125,000 per year, plus applicable bonus.

The role requires strong organization, writing, and verbal skills, with opportunities for growth, training, and advancement. Candidates should be prepared to travel and support active litigation matters nationwide.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in Washington
• Willing to be waived into Alaska
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and manage a large caseload

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, etc., in active litigation files
• Review litigation case files and pleadings to determine action
• Advocate on behalf of client interests at various settings
• Use internal software to update and document account status
• Analyze and process litigation inventory reports and files
• Comply with client and firm standard SOPs
• Travel to various courtrooms as required
• Prepare for and represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Negotiate settlements to protect client interests
• Evaluate case merits and provide strategic legal recommendations
• Maintain compliance with laws and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
