Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc., in active litigation files.
• Review litigation case files and pleadings to determine action.
• Advocate on behalf of the client’s interests at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Travel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required.
• Prepare for and represent clients at hearings, including case strategy development and discovery.
