The Colorado Trust is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR leader to direct our human resources programs and deliverables. You will shape culture, foster teamwork, and build a feedback-driven environment while reporting to the vice president and chief financial officer.

This role designs learning and development curricula, manages onboarding and compliance, and serves as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent retention across the nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years HR leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of nonprofit HR laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR programs and deliverables for the organization.
• Design employee learning and development curricula.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and policy maintenance.
