Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of manufacturing or color-matching experience. You will collaborate with production and quality teams, follow safety and quality procedures, and contribute to tinting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, color matching, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish colors accurately.
• Ability to follow formulas and measurements precisely.
• Basic math skills and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Add and adjust colorants to production batches based on formulas.
• Match product colors to customer or standard color requirements.
• Perform color checks and adjust as needed.
• Maintain records of color formulations and adjustments.
• Work with production and quality teams to ensure consistency.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are followed.
• Handle and store colorants and related materials properly.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.
• Troubleshoot color-related issues and drive improvements.
• Support continuous tinting process improvements.
