Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in selling paint products and related services.
• Capable of handling tinting and mixing equipment proficiently.
• Demonstrated knowledge in color and stain development.

Responsibilities

• Mix and match stains and pigmented lacquers.
• Conduct quality control checks on outgoing tinted products.
• Maintain color development records as per the Tint Station Manual.
• Stock supplies and assist the Sales Team.

Skills

Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products

Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment

Knowledge or experience with lacquer/color/stain development

Ability to see color (red, blue, green, yellow)

Knowledge of wood products such as species, plywood, and lumber

Strong computer skills

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to work independently

Effective communication with internal and external customers
