Job summary

IP Corporation in Hickory, NC is seeking a Tinter to add and adjust colorants for production batches, ensuring color accuracy and consistent product quality. You will work with formulations, color standards, and production documentation to meet customer color specifications.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of manufacturing or color-matching experience. You will collaborate with production and quality teams, follow safety and quality procedures, and contribute to tinting

Responsibilities

What is a Tinter?

The Tinter is responsible for adding and adjusting colorants to products to achieve precise color specifications. This role works with formulations, color standards, and production batches to ensure consistency and quality in finished products. The position plays a critical role in maintaining color accuracy, supporting customer requirements, and ensuring product quality across production.

What You Can Expect to Do as a Tinter:
