Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is hiring a Color & Curl Concierge/CCS to drive color & curl sales, educate customers and build loyalty. You will provide color and curl consultations, create brand-aligned merchandising and support cross-functional communication with stores, vendors and customers.

This role requires education through online learning and certification, with opportunities for growth and access to product discounts, samples and training resources.

Qualifications

• One year retail or other sales-focused experience.
• Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Strong knowledge of POS applications and retail systems.
• Proficiency with computers, tablets and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer color and care-related needs and offer professional advice and recommendations.
• Communicate with customers, associates, and vendors about calls, visits and orders.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain color and curl merchandising, signage and displays per brand guidelines.
• Stay informed on trends and adapt sales techniques to market changes.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling when needed.
• Demonstrate CosmoProf/BSG Culture Values and company ethics.
