Madison Reed is seeking a Hair Color Bar Assistant in the Madison Reed Hair Color Bar to support Licensed Colorists and Shift Lead, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You will learn consultative color services and retail through training and hands-on practice while promoting a friendly, clean, and organized environment.

The role emphasizes learning color theory, assisting behind the chair, and progressing toward a Licensed Colorist role.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• Entry level customer service or retail experience; salon or beauty industry preferred.
• Fluency in English and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and develop teamwork to provide a guest experience aligned with company values.
• Assist in finishing services, shampooing, conditioning, styling, blowouts and other services as requested.
• Help drive monthly sales goals through retail and service revenue, memberships, and add-ons.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security at the Hair Color Bar.
• Follow Madison Reed systems, policies, and procedures.
